**Please note that due to COVID-19 all facilitator training is on hold until public health guidelines permit us to resume. As such, we are not currently receiving new applications for KAIROS facilitators.

A core KBE Community Principle is the importance of facilitator training in creating a safe(r) space for participants and facilitators. KAIROS requires all people interested in becoming a KBE facilitator to complete a KAIROS Blanket Exercise Facilitator Training (KBEFT) session.

Who Is A KAIROS Facilitator?

KAIROS facilitators help KAIROS respond to KBE requests. KAIROS facilitators are assigned to a region and work with KBE Regional Directors who assemble Indigenous-led facilitation teams. KAIROS facilitators are compensated, and their expenses are reimbursed. KAIROS facilitators commit to facilitating KBEs on a regular basis, depending on their region.
